Marketing Graphic Designer / Digital Marketing Specialist ​Role Summary ​The Marketing Graphic Designer is a creative and strategic hybrid role responsible for designing and developing compelling visual content that supports and executes the company's digital marketing campaigns. This individual ensures brand consistency across all digital and print platforms while contributing to the overall marketing strategy and performance metrics. ​Key Responsibilities ​I. Graphic Design & Creative Development ​Design and produce visual assets for all digital marketing channels, including social media (posts, stories, ads), website banners, email templates, display ads, and blog images. ​Develop and maintain brand identity elements, ensuring consistency in color, typography, and visual style across all external communications. ​Create and edit multimedia content, such as short videos, GIFs, and animations for use on social media and the company website. ​Design print materials as needed (e.g., brochures, flyers, event signage) ensuring a cohesive look with digital assets. ​Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams to translate marketing goals and concepts into engaging visual executions. ​II. Digital Marketing & Strategy ​Design for performance by creating A/B test variations of ads, landing pages, and email visuals to optimize campaign effectiveness. ​Apply a strong understanding of UI/UX principles to website and landing page design to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience. ​Assist in basic content updates and visual maintenance of the company website using the Content Management System (CMS). ​Stay current with emerging design trends, digital marketing best practices, and new technologies, particularly in the social media landscape. ​Required Qualifications and Skills ​Experience: [Insert number] years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing assets. ​Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). ​Design Software Proficiency: Expert-level skill in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or modern collaborative design tools like Figma or Sketch. ​Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including social media marketing, email marketing best practices, and display advertising requirements. ​Web Knowledge: Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS and experience working with a CMS (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot) is a plus. ​Soft Skills: ​Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and rationale. ​Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. ​Proven ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.
