Job Summary:

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop presentation decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides) that align with branding and storytelling goals.
• Create engaging digital content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Design visually appealing assets for print media including brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and banners.
• Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for marketing, social media, and internal communications.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, branding, and product teams to execute design strategies
• Use AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc.) effectively for concept generation and visual enhancements.
• Write and optimize AI prompts to generate creative visual outputs or assist in design workflows.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery
• Stay updated on the latest trends in design, video content, and AI-driven creativity.

• Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio demonstrating work across print and digital.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with AI design tools and prompt engineering for creative outputs.
• Strong understanding of print production processes and file preparation.
• Ability to design for various social media formats and marketing funnels.
• Excellent attention to detail, layout skills, and typography knowledge.
• Strong video editing skills for social and marketing content.
• Good communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
