Graphic Designer

About The Opportunity

We are hiring an on-site Graphic Designer in India to create high-impact visual assets for recruitment marketing, employer branding, digital campaigns, and print collateral. You will join a fast-paced creative team responsible for end-to-end execution—from concept and design to production-ready delivery—ensuring consistent brand presentation across channels.Role & Responsibilities

Design and deliver compelling visual assets for social, web, email, presentations, and print that support talent acquisition and employer-brand initiatives.
Translate brand and campaign briefs into creative concepts, layouts, and final artwork while maintaining brand integrity and consistency.
Create recruitment marketing creatives—job ads, banners, landing page assets, event collateral, and internal communications—optimised for performance and engagement.
Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors to manage production timelines, proofs, and quality control.
Develop and maintain reusable templates, style guides, and asset libraries to accelerate campaign delivery and ensure design consistency.
Work closely with talent acquisition, marketing, and product teams to iterate on designs based on feedback and campaign metrics.

Proven experience in an agency or in-house creative team delivering recruitment, employer-brand, or marketing assets.
Ability to work on-site in India and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
