Graphic Designer

Position Summary:

This is a full-time Graphic Designer position with Aspire Tech IT Solution, located in Gota–Jagatpur,

Ahmedabad, Gujarat. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and

engaging designs for digital and print platforms that align with our brand and client requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, strong creative

thinking, and excellent attention to detail. You will collaborate with the marketing, web, and content teams to

deliver impactful designs that communicate effectively and enhance brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create visual assets including social media creatives, infographics, presentations,and digital ad banners.
• Design brochures, flyers, and other print materials as per branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align visuals with campaign objectives.
• Work on website graphics, icons, and layouts ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Edit and retouch images, ensuring high visual standards across all deliverables.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand storytelling.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Premiere Pro or After Effects).
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into visual communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle feedback positively and revise work accordingly.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing will be a plus.
