Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Design Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Graphic Design Specialist will be responsible for creating and designing graphics, logos, and branding materials. Daily tasks include image editing, collaborating with the marketing team, and ensuring that all designs align with brand standards and messaging. The specialist should also stay updated with the latest design trends and software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and print materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and communication teams to conceptualize and execute visual ideas.
• Develop layouts, typography, illustrations, infographics, and brand assets that are consistent with brand guidelines.
• Create engaging motion graphics, GIFs, and short video edits for digital channels.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to deliver fresh and innovative ideas.
• Ensure all creative outputs are optimized for various platforms (web, mobile, print, etc.).
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Work with external vendors, printers, and creative partners when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience in creating digital assets for social media, email, and websites.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
• Excellent creativity, visual storytelling, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Motion graphics and video editing experience.
• Experience with 3D design/animation tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema4D) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for web graphics is a plus.
