Job description Job Title: Fiber Network – Fiber Monitoring & Operations Location: Nirman Vihar, New Delhi Job Type: Full-time Experience:- 1-3 years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled NOC Engineer with experience in fiber network monitoring, OTDR operations, and network operations center (NOC) activities. The ideal candidate should have strong technical capabilities, effective client handling skills, and a solid understanding of TCP/IP networking. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and troubleshoot fiber optic networks using OTDR and Network Management System (NMS) tools. Oversee day-to-day NOC operations, ensuring consistent network uptime and service reliability. Communicate with clients, providing timely updates and resolutions on network issues. Prepare and maintain detailed reports on fiber network performance and incidents. Coordinate with field engineers and technical teams to resolve faults and optimize network performance. Required Skills: Hands-on experience with fiber optics and OTDR testing. Strong knowledge of NOC operations and network incident management. Good understanding of TCP/IP protocols and basic network troubleshooting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
