Graphic Design Specialist

Location - In Office (Kolkata - New Alipore)

Type: Full-time (Mon - Sat) 10:30-7pm

Salary: 15-20k/month (Depending on the interview)

Experience – Above 2 years

Key Responsibilities - Graphic Designer

• Design and produce digital assets for websites, social media platforms, Google and Facebook ads, email marketing campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives for both SEO ORB and our clients.

• Work closely with our marketing team and clients to understand project requirements, brand guidelines, and marketing goals to deliver effective design solutions.

• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials while tailoring designs to meet specific client needs.

• Keep abreast of the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our content is current and engaging.

• Participate in content strategy sessions, contributing creative ideas for new marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met with high-quality deliverables.

Contribution:

• Developing creative graphic designs for social media platforms

• Designing eye-catching movie style posters

• Supporting the video editor with VFX work

• Collaborating with the team to ensure brand consistency.

• Contributing to brainstorming and creative planning sessions

Qualification:

• Education: A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.

• Experience: Depending on the level, up to 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with specific experience in social media graphics, movie-style posters, and VFX work.

• Overall Qualification: Proficiency in design tools, creativity, attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work within deadlines,

Skills:

• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)

• Strong creativity and conceptualization skills

• Attention to detail and quality

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work within tight deadlines

Knowledge:

• Solid understanding of design principles and trends

• Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements
