Implement audience segmentation and retargeting strategies for higher engagement and retention. Coordinate with content, design, and product teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages. Manage ad budgets efficiently and scale campaigns based on performance. Report on campaign KPIs, CAC, ROI, and provide actionable insights to improve performance. Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, trends, and new advertising tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. Proven track record of managing PPC, display, and paid social campaigns. Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and marketing automation tools is a plus. Google and Meta certifications are preferred.
