Graphic Design Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative & Visual Design

• Create visually compelling digital assets, including social media content, banners, website creatives, ads, thumbnails, and UI elements.
• Design print materials such as brochures, packaging, posters, event collaterals, and brand kits.
• Work on brand identity systems—logos, guidelines, color palettes, typography, and brand templates.

2. Campaign & Content Support

• Develop concepts and visuals for marketing campaigns, new launches, and brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with content writers, video editors, and marketers to create cohesive multimedia output.

3. AI-Assisted Design (Preferred)

• Use AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, etc.) to accelerate ideation and production.
• Help build an internal AI-driven design workflow for speed, quality, and scalability.

4. Collaboration & Communication

• Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Social Media, Brand).
• Present design concepts and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Ensure all output matches HOK’s creative standards and brand DNA.

5. Asset Management

• Maintain organized design libraries, templates, and brand assets.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design files in required formats.
  

Skills & Requirements

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects a plus).
• Familiarity with

  Figma

  or other UI/UX tools.
• Understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color theory.
• Motion graphics or video editing skills are a strong plus.
• Experience with

  AI design tools

  is an advantage.

Professional Skills

• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Experience

• 2–5 years of design experience (agency, startup, or brand-side experience preferred).
• Portfolio that demonstrates a strong sense of aesthetics and design versatility.

Salary - INR 2,00,000 to 2,50,000 Per annum
