As our Graphic Designer in the Chennai office, you’ll play a key role in how the brand looks, feels and communicates across all touchpoints.

Role Summary

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-obsessed Graphic Designer who can translate complex health and longevity concepts into clean, premium, easy-to-understand visuals.

You’ll work closely with the founders, marketing team, and product team to design for:

• Social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Ads and campaigns

• Website and landing pages

• Pitch decks, brochures and member materials

• Clinic / offline brand touchpoints (posters, signage, kits)

Key Responsibilities

• Brand & Visual Identity

• Create and maintain a consistent visual language for Prvnt across digital and print.

• Help refine and evolve our brand guidelines as we grow.

• Marketing Creatives

• Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, carousels and ads.

• Create visuals for campaigns, newsletters, blogs and performance marketing.

• Product & Experience Design Support

• Support UI/visual assets for web pages and digital journeys (icons, illustrations, graphics).

• Design print materials: brochures, reports, packaging, patient education materials.

• Presentations & Internal Collateral

• Design high-impact decks for sales, investor pitches and partner presentations.

• Create templates that internal teams can reuse.

• Collaboration & Execution

• Work with copywriters, doctors and health coaches to visualise medical/health content clearly.

• Handle end-to-end design workflows: from concept and moodboards to final export-ready files.

• Coordinate with printers / external vendors where needed (for print specs, colours, formats).

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Experience: 3–6 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or brand side).

• Tools: Strong proficiency in:

• Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

• Figma or similar tool for digital/product visuals

• Design Strengths:

• Excellent layout, typography and visual hierarchy skills.

• Ability to create clean, premium-looking designs suited for a healthcare / longevity brand.

• Strong sense of colour, spacing and consistency.

• Conceptual Ability:

• Can take a brief (e.g. “explain VO₂ max” or “launch a new diagnostic panel”) and turn it into a clear visual concept.

• Communication:

• Able to explain design decisions and take feedback without ego.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities.

• Experience designing for healthcare, wellness, fitness or tech brands.

• Basic motion skills for simple animated posts / reels / micro-animations.

• Experience with Canva templates for quick-turn assets.

• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles for web and app.

• Photography, illustration or icon design skills.
