Our offerings include ITSM, Asset Management, AIOps, IMS, and OSS. Job Summary: We seek a creative and detail-oriented Designer / Design Lead to revamp our brand identity across digital platforms. This role will create and manage website designs and collaterals for marketing, product, and sales teams, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints. Youll collaborate with writers, marketers, and developers to translate ideas into compelling visual experiences that speak to enterprise customers and decision-makers. Responsibilities: Website & UI/UX Elements Collaborate with web developers and marketers to design UI/UX elements for the brand website, landing pages, microsites, and web-based lead generation assets. Visual Storytelling & Multimedia Support Work closely with content writers, product marketers, and video editors to create cohesive visual narratives that enhance thought leadership content, explainer videos, and presentations. Infographics & Data Visualization Translate complex information into engaging infographics, charts, and reports especially for case studies, whitepapers , and product marketing materials. Brand Identity Management Uphold and evolve the brands visual guidelines across all digital and offline touchpoints. Ensure all assets meet high standards of design, usability, and consistency. Campaign & Marketing Collateral Design Design static and animated creatives for social media, email campaigns, online ads, and product launches, maintaining brand consistency across channels. Skills and Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B marketing, SaaS, or technology-focused environments . Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD). Hands-on experience with Figma . Solid understanding of design principles , including color theory, typography, spacing, layout, and responsive design . Experience working in cross-functional teams with content strategists, developers, and marketing leads. Familiarity with quick-iteration tools like Canva for rapid prototyping and social-first campaigns. Additional/Preferred Skills: Experience working with enterprise software or tech infrastructure brands. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Experience designing digital and print media (optional but a plus). A strong design portfolio demonstrates creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.
