The role will report to the Creative Director and sits at the heart of our creative process. The ideal candidate will be adept at transforming abstract messaging into clear, resonant concepts across multiple media while maintaining adherence to brand guidelines. You will collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and the creative director to develop concept-first creative that elevates Paramantra's brand narrative.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate original, high-quality concepts for brand, campaign, and product communication.
  • Interpret strategic briefs and structured messaging inputs into creative territories.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and the creative director to build cohesive, concept-led executions.
  • Supervise and manage a new team of designers and ensure adherence to brand expectations.
  • Must demonstrate leadership abilities in overseeing the design team.
  • Present and articulate conceptual ideas clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop multiple creative routes per brief, considering both brand integrity and audience insight.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Paramantra's creative language and conceptual frameworks.
  • Support the design team with references, visual direction, and creative problem-solving during execution.
  • Keep abreast of cultural, visual, and technological trends relevant to our audience.
  • Take ownership of design execution from concept to delivery with partial creative director intervention.
  • Ensure all creative output meets standards of craft, clarity, and brand alignment.

Required skills and experience

  • 7-10 years of experience in brand, advertising, or visual communication, with a focus on concept development.
  • Proven ability to turn abstract strategies into tangible, resonant creative ideas.
  • Strong collaboration skills, especially in multidisciplinary creative teams.
  • Experience working with structured messaging and campaign frameworks.
  • Excellent visual literacy and understanding of composition, narrative, and brand systems.
  • Comfort presenting concepts and explaining the thinking behind them.
  • Experience in integrated campaigns across platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
