About The Opportunity

Graphic Design Intern

• Create compelling visual assets for digital channels — social posts, banners, email creatives, web/UI graphics and app assets that follow brand guidelines.
• Design and prepare print-ready collateral including brochures, posters, packaging labels and point-of-sale materials with attention to print specifications and regulatory constraints.
• Translate product and marketing briefs into pixel-perfect mockups and high-fidelity UI components in Figma; collaborate with UX designers and developers to ensure accurate handoff.
• Maintain and organise brand asset libraries (logos, icons, color palettes, templates) to ensure consistency across teams and campaigns.
• Iterate quickly on designs based on stakeholder feedback, usability considerations and A/B test learnings to improve visual effectiveness.
• Support ad-hoc creative requests from marketing, operations and product teams while managing multiple deliverables under deadlines.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or related field with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and practical experience with Figma for UI/graphic layouts.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition and visual hierarchy for both web and print.
• Experience preparing print-ready files (bleeds, trims, color profiles) and exporting optimized assets for web and mobile.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to take direction and incorporate feedback quickly. Must be available to work on-site in India.
  

Preferred

• Interest or prior work related to healthcare, pharmaceuticals or regulated product packaging design.
• Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects) or knowledge of simple UI animations; familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
  

• Mentorship from senior designers and cross-functional exposure to product, marketing and regulatory teams.
• Hands-on ownership of real deliverables that impact user experience and brand presence — strong potential for portfolio growth and full-time conversion.
