Graphic Design Intern

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer Intern for a 3‑month, fully remote internship at Headstartt. This is a high‑impact, hands‑on role where you’ll own creative deliverables, learn from senior designers, and contribute to campaigns that reach real users.

What You Will Do

• Design high‑impact digital assets,

  including social posts, display ads, email headers, and landing page visuals.

• Translate strategy into visuals

  by turning briefs and performance goals into clear, measurable creative concepts.

• Iterate rapidly

  using feedback loops from designers, product owners, and analytics to improve CTR and engagement.

• Maintain brand systems

  by producing and updating style guides, templates, and component libraries.

• Support production

  by preparing final files, exporting assets for web and ad platforms, and ensuring accessibility and responsiveness.

Who You Are

• A portfolio owner

  with strong visual sensibility and examples of digital work.

• Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite

  or equivalent tools; familiarity with Figma or Sketch is a plus.

• Detail-oriented and process-driven

  , able to follow design systems and version control.

• Curious about performance metrics
