About the Labs
 - Systems Lab:Designs scalable learning interventions for public systems, including schools, skilling institutions, and industries. It focuses on integrating education with industry.
 - Play Lab:Uses the power of games, simulations, and playful pedagogy to create engaging and reflective learning tools.
 - Culture Lab:Anchors learning in India's rich cultural heritage by designing programs with museums, libraries, and public spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
 - Develop and implement a compelling communications and branding strategythat reflects Asude’s evolution into a Learning Design Lab and aligns with its purpose-driven mission.
- Lead graphic design- for learning solutionsacross the Systems, Play, and Culture Labs, ensuring alignment with Asude’s visual identity and pedagogical intent, with- illustration, motion, and multimedia formats.
- Collaborate with designers, and creative professionalsto produce high-quality multimedia content, videos, visuals, and digital assets, that bring Asude’s work to life.
- Design persuasive partner proposals, fundraising decks, and institutional communication materials, ensuring consistent messaging and narrative coherence.
Communications
 - Craft powerful narrativesthat convey learning outcomes, social impact, and cultural relevance with emotional depth and clarity, engaging funders, government bodies, private institutions, and the wider public.
- Lead content creation and storytellingacross social media platforms, newsletters, campaigns, and internal publications to strengthen visibility and community engagement.
- Build and curate a repository of field stories, learner journeys, and insightsfrom across our Labs to serve as a living archive of our work and inspiration.
- Strengthen internal communication channelsto enhance team alignment, transparency, and collaboration across Labs and verticals.
- Manage media relations, including outreach to digital and print outlets, drafting press releases, and positioning Asude in relevant media conversations.
Requirements
 - 1-2 years in communications, branding, media, or social impact storytelling
 
 - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design (Preferred) 
 
 - Experience working with learning, design, social impact organizations is ideal.
 
Key Qualities
 - Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
 
- Ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
 
- Visual communication tools and social media analytics.
 
- Proficiency and ability to use Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and related design tools
 
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and quick turnarounds.
