Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Grant Writer role based in Chennai. The Grant Writer will be responsible for identifying grant opportunities, drafting proposals, and preparing applications to secure funding for research projects. The role involves conducting detailed research, collaborating with scientific teams to develop grant content, presenting project goals, and ensuring compliance with funding guidelines. The Grant Writer will also manage grant reporting and assist with post-award documentation and communication.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in grant writing, research documentation, and technical writing
• Strong skills in scientific writing, proposal drafting, and editing
• Experience with funding sources, grant applications, and compliance requirements
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work with interdisciplinary teams
• Attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with drug discovery, biotechnology research, or life sciences is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, biomedical sciences, or a related field
