Job Summary:

Sharda Electrotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our Electrical Department. This is an exciting opportunity for recent engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience and technical exposure across various domains. The GET program is designed to train and prepare individuals for long-term roles within the organization through project-based learning, and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior engineers in executing daily technical and project tasks.

• Support to prepare BOQ, RA Bills and Drawings or assigned job as per company requirements

• Participate in design, analysis, testing, commissioning, and production support activities.

• Understand and adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and presentations.

• Attend internal training programs and development workshops.

• Support in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and site-based problem resolution.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

• Fresh graduates or final year students eligible for full-time employment

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical foundation in electrical systems and concepts

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset

• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems

• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
