Health Safety and Environment Manager

Location: Noida Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month Experience Required: 2–3 years Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Job Summary: We are hiring a Health and Safety Officer with a background in electrical engineering to ensure a safe working environment by implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a safety-first culture within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations across the workplace Conduct regular safety inspections and audits Identify potential hazards and recommend preventive measures Ensure compliance with legal and company health and safety guidelines Investigate incidents and prepare reports Conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions for employees Maintain safety records, documentation, and reports Collaborate with departments to promote a safety-conscious culture Monitor the use of equipment and machinery to ensure safe operation Support emergency response planning and drills Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in a safety role, preferably in an industrial or electrical environment Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering Strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations Familiarity with risk assessment tools and safety inspection procedures Good communication, training, and documentation skills Attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,649.24 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 18/06/2025
