Job Summary:

Sharda Electrotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimation Engineer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and technical evaluations for ongoing and upcoming electrical projects. This role plays a critical part in the tendering process and supports the development of project budgets and commercial submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project drawings, technical specifications, and related documents to create accurate cost estimates.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Collect and evaluate data on labor, material, and equipment costs.
• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare tender documentation and cost breakdowns for project bids.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to support budget formulation.
• Track changes during project execution and update estimates as needed.
• Evaluate and negotiate variations, claims, and change orders with clients and vendors.
• Maintain a database of historical costs, rates, and project benchmarks.
• Ensure all estimates comply with industry norms and client specifications.

Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of construction practices, electrical materials, and market rates
• Proficient in estimation and project tools: MS Excel, MS Project
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and numerical accuracy
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
