Electrical Estimation Engineer

As a Costing/Estimation Engineer for Low Voltage Switchgear Control Panels, you will be responsible for the following: - Well communication and computer skills are required for effective communication and efficient use of software tools. - Knowledge of switchgear selection from various companies such as ABB, Schneider, L&T, etc., is essential. - You should be well conversant with all switchgear makes, prices, and discounts to accurately estimate costs. - Experience in Costing and Estimation of PCC, MCC, Sync panels, APFC & thyristor control panels, Solar panels, feeder pillars, etc., is necessary. - Basic knowledge of relevant IEC standards is required to ensure compliance with industry regulations. - Ability to read and understand technical specifications, SLD, etc., of tenders is crucial for accurate cost estimation. - You will be responsible for preparing BOQ and cost estimates from drawings and documents of tenders/projects. - Knowledge of estimation software and AutoCAD is optional but beneficial for this role. Qualifications required for this position include: - Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
