Electrical Estimation Engineer

As an Electrical Estimation Engineer, your role will involve determining the electrical needs of the project, preparing BOQ & estimates, coordinating with vendors/suppliers, and drawing outlines and blueprints for the electrical system. Your responsibilities will also include placing utilities, workstations, and fixtures as per specifications, interpreting blueprints, estimating wire lengths, identifying costs and time constraints, and understanding supply costs for each element. You will need to determine labor requirements, work with contractors and team members, maintain an electrical cost database, and perform profitability calculations. Key Responsibilities: - Determine electrical needs of the project - Prepare BOQ & estimates - Coordinate with vendors/suppliers - Draw outlines and blueprints for electrical system - Place utilities, workstations, and fixtures as per specifications - Interpret blueprints - Estimate wire lengths - Identify costs and time constraints - Understand supply costs for each element - Determine labor requirements - Work with contractors and team members - Maintain electrical cost database - Perform profitability calculations - Negotiate with suppliers and vendors - Maintain healthy vendor relationships - Identify project risks - Explain cost of wastage materials - Complete project bids as per guidelines - Adhere to all electrical rules and regulations Qualification Required: - Diploma in Electrical - 2 years to 5 years of experience In addition, the company offers a salary range of INR 20,000.00 to 40,000.00.
