Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and manage new product development projects related to corrugated packaging, cartons, and other secondary/tertiary packaging. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, production, sales) to develop cost-effective and innovative packaging solutions. Work closely with vendors for prototype development and testing. Conduct performance and quality tests on new packaging materials and designs. Track project timelines, ensure adherence to client specifications and regulatory standards. Maintain documentation and reports for all development activities.

Manage stores operations including receipt, storage, and issue of materials. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock maintenance. Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal departments for timely delivery and dispatch of goods. Maintain accurate documentation related to material receipts, issues, stock transfers, and dispatches. Conduct periodic stock audits and cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy. Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards in stores and logistics operations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review. Support procurement team in follow-ups and supplier coordination.

Supervise and manage daily dispatch activities for both inbound and outbound shipments. Coordinate with production, sales, warehouse, and transporters for timely and accurate deliveries. Ensure generation and accuracy of logistics documents like invoices, e-way bills, LR, GR, shipping bills, etc. Monitor transportation schedules, delays, and optimize route planning to control costs. Negotiate with transport vendors and manage rate contracts. Maintain MIS reports for logistics performance metrics such as delivery timelines, freight costs, and damages. Coordinate with finance for timely freight bill processing and reconciliation. Ensure full compliance with GST, statutory norms, and safety protocols. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements in the logistics cycle. Support audits related to dispatch, freight, and documentation.

Knowledge of materials such as Kraft paper, liners, adhesives, and board grades. Hands-on experience with packaging design software (e.g., ArtiosCAD, AutoCAD) is a plus. Understanding of cost optimization, supply chain dynamics, and vendor coordination. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
