Job Description

Perform
preventive and breakdown maintenance
to ensure minimal machine downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
Create and implement
scheduled maintenance plans
for all plant machinery and equipment.
Maintain an optimal
inventory of spare parts
and track the daily usage of consumables.
Coordinate with
external vendors
for equipment repairs, AMC services, and part replacements.
Prepare and update
monthly maintenance reports,
logs, and relevant documentation.
Monitor
water, electricity, and other utilities
consumption to support cost-saving and sustainability initiatives.
Work to
reduce MTTR (Mean Time to Repair)
through timely and effective maintenance interventions.
Maintain and monitor
facility systems (FS)
and plant utilities for smooth operations.
Lead and support
Kaizen and continuous improvement
activities within the department.
Record and analyse
maintenance costs
, machine breakdown data, and overall equipment performance to support decision-making.
