Participating in training and development programs to gain technical and professional skills. Conducting research and analysis to support project work and making recommendations for improvements. Learning how to design, develop, and test products and systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are also essential for success in this role. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges are also important for this role. Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields). Sound knowledge in Graduation stream Good Communication Skills Technical Proficiency Basic of SQL, PLC , SCADA
