Role & responsibilities Tool Design & Development : Design and develop moulds and electrodes using CAD (NX) software in accordance with customer specifications and internal standards. Feasibility Study : Evaluate manufacturability and functionality of new parts from a tooling perspective. Tool Repair Support : Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to support critical tool repairs and ensure minimum downtime. Design Documentation & Release : Prepare and publish complete design documentation including tool part drawings and BOMs. Customer Interaction : Engage with customers to understand requirements, provide technical support, and manage design-related queries. Continuous Improvement : Participate in design reviews and suggest improvements in mould design for better productivity and durability. Cross-functional Coordination : Work closely with production, quality, and procurement teams for tool development and troubleshooting. Preferred candidate profile Proficiency in 3D/2D design tools (UG NX). Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes, materials, and toolmaking techniques. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Analytical skills to assess part/tool feasibility and troubleshooting issues. Good communication skills for customer and team interaction. Time management and multitasking ability under tight deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities Preventive Maintenance: Plan and implement daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems in: Injection Moulding Machines Tool Room Machines Leak Testing Equipment Utility Equipment (Compressors, Chillers, Cooling Towers etc.) Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Breakdown Maintenance: Respond quickly to and resolve electrical breakdowns across all machines and systems to minimize downtime. Identify root causes and implement permanent corrective actions. Shift Responsibility: Take complete ownership of electrical maintenance activities during the assigned shift. Ensure machine availability and coordinate with production and utility teams for any electrical interventions. Team Management and Training: Train junior technicians and team members in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance practices. Supervise and guide shift maintenance staff for effective issue handling. Inventory and Spare Parts: Raise demands for necessary electrical spare parts and tools. Monitor usage and ensure timely availability of essential items to avoid downtime. Skills Required: Strong understanding of PLC, sensors, wiring, control panels, and drives . Practical knowledge of electrical maintenance in injection moulding operations . Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics . Good troubleshooting skills under pressure.
