Prepare and maintain production documentation, reports, and logs. Train and support production technicians and operators on hydraulic assembly procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 1 to 5 years in hydraulic production or assembly line operations. Solid understanding of hydraulic systems, components (pumps, valves, cylinders), and circuit logic. Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering and hydraulic schematics. Hands-on experience with hydraulic assembly, pressure testing, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with manufacturing practices such as 5S, Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma is a plus. Basic knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for review purposes. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and team collaboration skills. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Knowledge of ISO 9001 / TS16949 production standards. Experience with ERP systems in a production environment. Exposure to CNC machining or fabrication related to hydraulic components.
