Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist with over 2 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns on Google. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in PPC strategies and able to manage large budgets to achieve strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube)
• Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Write compelling ad copy and test ad creatives for performance
• Setup conversion tracking and generate performance reports using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Manage bidding strategies and budget allocation
• Collaborate with content and design teams for campaign assets
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising

Required Skills:

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for various industries
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
• Experience with A/B testing and CRO techniques
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Certification in Google Ads is a plus

Preferred:

• Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
• Experience working with e-commerce brands or B2B services
