Job Title: Google Ads Executive (Part-Time / Freelance)

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Preference for candidates familiar with Coimbatore healthcare market)
Reporting to: Marketing Manager / Centre Director
Engagement Type: Freelance / Part-time (Flexible hours, minimum weekly deliverables)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and data-driven Google Ads Executive to manage and optimize our online advertising campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for running paid search campaigns, generating quality leads for aesthetic and medical procedures, and maximizing ROI within a fixed budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
• Write compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages for conversions
• Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, etc.)
• A/B test ad creatives and campaign variations
• Identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI
• Provide weekly performance reports and insights
• Recommend adjustments to budget allocation and targeting
• Stay updated with the latest changes in Google Ads and healthcare advertising policies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (at least 1 year, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness sectors)
• Google Ads Certification preferred
• Strong understanding of keyword research, bid strategies, quality score, and conversion tracking
• Ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor
• Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred Traits:

• Experience with lead generation for cosmetic surgery, dermatology, or wellness clinics
• Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with Meta Ads is a plus (for integrated campaigns)

Compensation:

• Monthly Retainer: Based on experience and scope (starting from ₹10,000/month)
• Incentives/Bonus: Based on lead volume and quality
• Contract: 3-month renewable freelance contract with performance review

Pay: ₹375,697.03 - ₹1,477,438.74 per year
