Role Overview

As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts. You must understand the latest trends in paid advertising and be passionate about performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ad copywriting.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI — bid adjustments, quality score improvement, A/B testing.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Manage budgets and ensure campaigns run within financial limits.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad assets (text, images, videos).
• Stay up to date with Google Ads policies and digital advertising trends.
• Generate monthly client reports with actionable insights and improvement plans.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Google Ads Certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of PPC, CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, and other key metrics.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs (optional), and Looker Studio.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different industries simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
