Google Ads Specialist

Job Description

We're looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to take full ownership of paid search campaigns. You’ll be responsible for strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube to drive measurable ROI for our brand/clients. What You'll Do: Build and manage Google Ads campaigns from scratch or take over existing accounts and improve them Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis Write and test compelling ad copy to increase click-through and conversion rates Monitor performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize results Track KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and more Provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations Collaborate with design/content teams to align on landing pages and creative assets What You Bring: 2+ years managing Google Ads campaigns Google Ads certification (or strong track record of performance) Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup Strong understanding of keyword match types, Quality Score, and bidding strategies Data-focused mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns for performance Ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns effectively Great communication and reporting skills Bonus Points For: Experience with e-commerce and Shopping ads (including Merchant Center) Familiarity with remarketing, YouTube Ads, and Performance Max campaigns Working knowledge of other platforms (Meta, Microsoft Ads, TikTok) Perks: Remote work flexibility Growth opportunities and ongoing training Supportive team environment Performance-based bonuses To Apply: Submit your resume, a short note about your experience, and any portfolio links or campaign results you can share.
