Job Title: Google Ads SpecialistOverview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid search and display campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Google Ads, data analysis, audience targeting, and conversion optimization. You will own the full lifecycle of campaigns—from keyword research to performance reporting—to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage Google Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Write and test high-performing ad copy, extensions, and creative assets.
  • Optimize campaigns for CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and overall profitability.
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking, including Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Monitor daily performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B tests to improve ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align campaigns with broader objectives.
  • Stay up to date with Google Ads updates, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of PPC strategy, bidding models, Quality Score, and conversion funnels.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and keyword tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong written communication skills, especially in ad copywriting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads Certification(s).
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) or CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage, Webflow).
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
