Job Description

Job Title: Google Ads Expert

Location: Lucknow
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

1. Google Ads Campaign Setup & Management

Creating and managing Search, Display, Video, and Remarketing campaigns.
Writing ad copies and optimizing keyword selections.
Managing budgets and daily bidding strategies.

2. Campaign Optimization

Monitoring campaign performance regularly.
Improving Quality Score, CTR, conversions, and reducing CPA.
A/B testing of ads, keywords, and landing pages.

3. Analytics & Reporting

Tracking conversions using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Events.
Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports.
Providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI.

4. Research & Strategy

Keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Suggesting landing page improvements.
Staying updated with Google Ads policies and latest trends.

Requirements:

Practical experience in running Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, or YouTube).
Knowledge of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and bidding strategies.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Keyword Planner.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
