Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our online advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing paid marketing campaigns that drive leads, admissions, and brand visibility for IPCS Global.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Google Search, Display, Video & Remarketing campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Create compelling ad copies and improve ad quality scores.
• Track conversions, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
• Manage budgets, bids, and campaign pacing effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for landing page optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of bid strategies, ad extensions, quality score, and PPC metrics.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking tools.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Google Ads certification is an added advantage.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.
