Job Summary:The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for managing front-desk operations, answering inquiries, directing calls, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times. Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and packages. Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings as required. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying. Support other departments with clerical and administrative duties. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements. Handle inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when appropriate. Qualifications & Skills:High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and attitude. Customer service–oriented with a positive demeanor. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
