About the Role

Black Swan Business Setup Services is seeking a skilled Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns. The candidate must have strong expertise in Google Ads and performance marketing, with a proven ability to generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, and Remarketing).
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Optimize campaigns to improve CPC, CTR, Quality Score, and conversions.
• Create effective ad copies and coordinate with teams for landing page improvements.
• Conduct regular performance tracking and provide detailed reports and insights.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of ad spend.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Google Ads and digital marketing.
• Execute A/B tests for ads, creatives, and landing pages.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Qualification:
• B.Com (preferred)
• MBA in Marketing
• Certifications:
• Certification in Digital Marketing
• Google Ads Certification preferred
• Experience:
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and performance marketing
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Keyword Planner
• Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies
• Other Skills:
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
