In this role as a Senior Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for global clients, ensuring maximum ROI across diverse international markets. Your focus will be on performance, scalability, and results, leveraging your expertise in Google Ads to manage campaigns at an advanced level, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video ads. Collaboration with clients to strategize, optimize, and execute international campaigns successfully while adapting to cultural nuances and market trends will be a crucial aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, etc.) across multiple international markets to meet the business objectives of each client. - Develop customized Google Ads strategies tailored to various regional needs, cultural preferences, and market conditions for global clients. - Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance by focusing on key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROI, CPC, and conversion rates. Refine bidding strategies, targeting, and ad creatives for the highest return on investment. - Utilize data and research to understand global consumer behavior, regional trends, and local competition for effective campaign localization. - Implement and analyze A/B tests on ads, landing pages, keywords, and targeting to identify the best-performing combinations for each international market. - Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, providing clear communication, performance updates, and strategic recommendations regarding Google Ads campaigns. - Create in-depth reports with actionable insights, tracking key metrics and performance benchmarks. Present results and strategies to clients and internal teams in a clear and actionable format. - Oversee and manage Google Ads budgets for international clients, ensuring optimal allocation of spend across campaigns and regions. - Work collaboratively with creative, content, and SEO teams to ensure the successful execution of ad creatives, landing pages, and SEO strategies aligned with paid media efforts. Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, focusing on international projects and global clients. - Extensive knowledge and experience in all Google Ads campaign types, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video Ads (YouTube). - Proven track record of achieving key performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROI, and conversion rates across diverse international markets. - Strong understanding of international markets, adapting campaigns and creatives to different regions and cultural contexts. - Expertise in using Google Ads tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio, as well as third-party tracking and reporting tools. - Demonstrated experience with A/B testing, optimization techniques, and advanced campaign management strategies. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to clients and stakeholders. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex data and strategies clearly to clients. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate with global teams across different time zones. - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. Note: The job is full-time with a day shift schedule. Experience with international projects for 3 years and Google AdWords for 5 years is preferred. The work location is in person.,
