Google Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Write compelling ad copies aligned with campaign objectives.
• Optimize campaigns for CTR, Quality Score, Conversions, and ROAS.
• Manage budgets (₹ or $) effectively to maximize ROI.
• Track and analyse performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
• Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting.
• Stay updated on Google Ads best practices, industry trends, and new features.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with the content, SEO, and design teams to improve ad performance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
• Experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
• Proven track record of achieving KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS.
• Excellent analytical skills with the the ability to interpret data and provide insightful analysis.
• Strong copywriting skills for ad creation.
• Google Ads Certification (preferred).
