Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and scale advanced

  Google Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

  campaigns.
• Conduct deep

  audience segmentation, competitive analysis, and keyword research

  to craft high-ROI strategies.
• Create, test, and iterate

  ad copy, creatives, and landing pages

  for maximum conversion.
• Monitor daily performance and

  optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives

  to consistently hit KPIs.
• Set up and manage

  conversion tracking, pixel events, retargeting, and custom audiences

  .
• Generate

  data-driven performance reports

  and present actionable insights to the leadership team.
• Stay ahead of algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging advertising technologies.

• 5+ years

  of proven experience managing

  Google Ads and Meta Ads

  campaigns with budgets of

  $10k+/month

  .
• Demonstrable results in

  lead generation, e-commerce sales, or SaaS growth

  .
• Deep understanding of

  ROAS, CPA, attribution modeling, and funnel optimization

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite

  , and tracking integrations.
• Strong analytical skills — you should be as comfortable reading dashboards as writing ad copy.
• Ability to

  work independently

  , own results, and think strategically.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.

• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.
• Experience in CRO (conversion rate optimization) and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
