Google Ads & Meta Ads Expert

Are you a results-driven Digital Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in managing high-performing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns? H2K Infosys is looking for an experienced professional who can scale our ad performance, optimize budgets, and drive high-quality leads for our online training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
• Handle Meta Ads campaigns (Lead Generation, Conversion, Retargeting, A/B Testing).
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and reduced CPA.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Create compelling ad copies & coordinate with creative teams for visuals.
• Track, analyze & report performance metrics using Analytics, Tag Manager, and pixel setups.
• Stay updated with the latest ad trends, platform changes, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of proven experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads management.
• Strong knowledge of tracking (Pixels, UTM, Conversion APIs).
• Expertise in audience segmentation and funnel strategy.
• Experience in managing budgets at scale.
• Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Bonus Skills

• Knowledge of landing page optimization (CRO).
• Experience with automation tools and CRM integrations.
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
