About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
The ideal candidate should know how to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns that drive results — leads, sales, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max).
• Create and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor campaign budgets and ROI to achieve performance targets.
• Write ad copies, test creatives, and implement A/B testing.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Data Studio.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid media.
• Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams for better campaign alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of proven experience managing Google & Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of PPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel.
• Knowledge of remarketing, custom audiences, and lookalike targeting.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Google Ads / Meta Blueprint Certification will be a plus.
