Google Ads & Meta Ads Expert

We are hiring an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns for multiple clients. The role includes campaign setup, tracking, lead generation, and ROI-based performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage & optimize Google & Meta Ads campaigns
• Targeting, bid strategies, A/B testing & scaling
• Keyword research, audience segmentation & analytics reporting
• Setup of GA4, Conversion Tracking, GTM, Meta Events Manager
• Generate quality leads & improve conversion rates
• Weekly ROI reports & performance insights

Required Skills

• 6–12 months minimum proven experience in Google & Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, CAC metrics
• Experience managing ₹20k – ₹1L/month ad budgets
• Knowledge of landing page optimization & remarketing funnels
• Good English communication and copywriting skills
• Preferably certified: Google Ads / Meta Blueprint

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business/IT or relevant field
• Experience in healthcare, real estate, and e-commerce campaigns (plus point)
