Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Meta Ads & Google Ads Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads and conversions. The role involves handling performance marketing for real estate and travel-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Create and optimize Google Search, Display, and Remarketing ads
• Audience targeting, interest stacking, and retargeting strategy
• Monitor daily budgets, CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS
• A/B test ad creatives, copies, and landing pages
• Generate performance reports and actionable insights
• Coordinate with content & design teams for ad creatives

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Proven experience in lead generation campaigns (real estate preferred)
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics
• Ability to manage budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns
• Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or travel ads is a plus.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp lead forms and landing page funnels
• Google Ads Certification (plus point)

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
