Role Overview We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This is a performance-driven, fully remote role for professionals passionate about sales, digital marketing, and building client relationships. You will identify new opportunities, pitch our services, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients globally through online and offline channels. Client Acquisition: Pitch our digital marketing services to small, medium, and enterprise-level businesses. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Market Research: Track trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in digital marketing. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery. Requirements Proven experience in sales/business development (digital marketing industry preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, social media marketing, website design, Google Ads, and Meta Ads is a plus. Strong self-motivation and results-driven mindset.
