Role Overview

Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation:

   Research and identify potential clients globally through online and offline channels.

• Client Acquisition:

   Pitch our digital marketing services to small, medium, and enterprise-level businesses.

• Relationship Management:

   Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

• Market Research:

   Track trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in digital marketing.

• Sales Presentations:

   Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.

• Target Achievement:

   Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Collaboration:

   Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in 

  sales/business development

   (digital marketing industry preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of 

  digital marketing services

   such as SEO, social media marketing, website design, Google Ads, and Meta Ads is a plus.
• Strong self-motivation and results-driven mindset.

Compensation & Benefits
