As a Business Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our marketing and technical teams to position SculptSoft’s services to decision-makers in global markets.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, excellent communication skills.

Identify and qualify potential clients for software development and IT services.

Research target industries (healthcare, fintech, real estate, etc.) and decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs).

Initiate contact through emails, LinkedIn, and networking platforms.

Generate leads and opportunities through freelance platforms like Upwork and similar channels

Understand client pain points and propose tailored solutions from SculptSoft’s service portfolio.

Present company capabilities via demos, presentations, and proposals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Collaborate with technical teams to prepare estimates, proposals, and SOWs (Statements of Work).

Expand accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Work closely with marketing to align on lead generation campaigns and sales materials.

Provide market feedback to help refine services and offerings.

Open to adopting new tools and technologies to optimize the sales process.

Strong understanding of software development services, SDLC, and emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Data Engineering).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to confidently engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.

Experience with REST APIs and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

Familiarity with Git and Agile development.

Good communication and debugging skills.

Exposure to GenAI tools for development.

Bonus: Docker, AWS/Azure cloud basics.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
