Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing sales team. The role involves managing the entire sales process, from the first point of contact with potential customers to scheduling demo sessions and driving final conversions.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, understands customer needs, and can convert interest into enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

· Conduct sales calls to understand customer needs and pitch our chess programs.

· Schedule and coordinate demo classes between prospective students and tutors.

· Follow up promptly with leads post-demo to ensure maximum conversion.

· Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

· Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in any field.

· 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales (preferably in the EdTech sector).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.

· Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for learning.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
