About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Google Ads Expert to join our growing digital marketing team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing and optimizing high-budget Google Ads campaigns, delivering strong ROI, and driving consistent growth for brands.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max).

Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights to maximize campaign performance.

Optimize campaigns for CPC, CTR, Quality Score, and Conversion Rate.

Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.

Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze data, and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.

Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, features, and best practices.

Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with proven ROI.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Data Studio.

Expertise in Conversion Tracking, Remarketing, and Audience Segmentation.

Experience in handling monthly ad budgets (₹5 Lakhs or above preferred).

Certification in Google Ads (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
