The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Google Ads Campaign Manager to take ownership of our client or in-house paid search strategies. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Google Ads campaigns, from strategic planning and execution to in-depth analysis and optimization. Your goal is to maximize ROI, drive qualified leads, and achieve and exceed our clients' business objectives.


What You'll Do:

  • Develop, execute, and manage sophisticated Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max) campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, analysis, and expansion to identify new opportunities.
  • Craft compelling ad copy and work with our creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Perform daily account management, including bid management, budget allocation, and campaign monitoring.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization to improve key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS).
  • Implement A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Generate and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on the latest Google Ads trends, features, and industry best practices.


What We're Looking For:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in an agency setting or with large budgets.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling paid search campaigns with demonstrable results.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent understanding of bidding strategies, ad auction dynamics, and quality score optimization.
  • Google Ads certification is a must.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • A strategic and proactive mindset with a passion for digital marketing and a drive for continuous improvement.
