Google Ads Campaign Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Google Ads Campaign Manager to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube. The ideal candidate is analytical, strategic, and has a proven track record of driving measurable results through Google Ads. We prioritize hands-on experience and performance over certifications. Key Responsibilities: Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns aligned with marketing and business objectives. Conduct detailed keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad targeting. Write or guide the development of compelling ad copy that converts. Optimize campaign structure, bidding strategies, and budget allocation for ROI. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for scaling successful campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to align ad campaigns with product strategy, promotions, and landing pages. Requirements: 2-3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns. Deep understanding of campaign setup, optimization techniques, and performance metrics. Strong skills in Google Ads and conversion tracking. Excellent attention to detail and a data-driven mindset. Effective communicator with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in ecommerce, lead generation, or multi-channel campaign strategy. Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Data Studio. Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate best practices.
