Gold Schemes Management Executive

Key Responsibilities
Scheme Management & Promotion

• Actively promote and manage gold savings schemes, monthly investment plans, and other gold-related offerings.
• Ensure accurate customer onboarding, documentation, and timely follow-ups for renewals and payments.
• Monitor scheme performance and suggest initiatives to enhance enrollments and customer engagement.
• Customer Engagement
• Educate customers on gold investment options, benefits, and assist them in making informed decisions.
• Build and nurture strong relationships to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Sales & Business Development
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for gold schemes through branch-level activities and outreach programs.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and awareness drives.
• Reporting & Analysis
• Maintain regular MIS reports and provide insights on scheme performance and customer feedback.
• Identify market trends and recommend enhancements to existing products.
• Strong knowledge of gold saving schemes and investment products preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Experience in handling Monthly Gold Schemes; Enrolment & Redeemption Process, Payments Collections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
